meets the second Wednesday of each month in a room at the Bella Vista
Country Club. The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. with a homeowners forum
followed by the executive session. All homeowners are welcome to
attend any meeting. An agenda of the meeting will be available about a week
before the meeting by clicking on the appropriate date. If you wish to
be placed on the agenda, please send a written notice with you name,
address, and issue to be discussed at least two weeks prior to a scheduled
meeting to Goldenwest Management. Please mark the letters Attn: Alan Potruch,
Bella Vista. Letters received in less time may be scheduled on the
The Homeowners forum is the time when individual homeowners can present any concerns they have to the board Discussion of issues affecting everyone or each person will be covered. Speakers may be given a time limit if their is a large number of people who wish to speak. Please identify yourself by first name, last name, and address when addressing the board. These discussions can be informal, however parliamentary rules will be used if deemed necessary by the board. The homeowners forum can be tabled until the next meeting if it goes too long.
The Executive Session is when issues that are private are discussed. Since confidentiality needs to be maintained, people not directly involved with what is being discussed will be asked to leave. Anyone on the agenda will be seen first, then the remainder of agenda items will be addressed.
Walk-Throughs are mostly for landscaping and architectural concerns.
